All Deviations

Broken wings and foolish dreams
Things that make us think
We live to love and love to live
The only thing that makes us give

A lonely hope of distant truth
A loss that we all share
Has reigned itself upon our hour
And makes us hide and fearfully cower

Thr arbitrary being settles himself in our land
Only wishing for pain
However, we have wished the opposite
Though our human wishes we do not get

And when he raises his alabaster body
Back into the fiery sky
We cry in pain with tears of hope
But with this god we learned to cope

The moral of this morbid story
Is what you have learned
Live the moment and want no more
Learn to cope with what is yours

The best thing about dreams is the fleeting moment, when you are between sleep and awake and you dont know the difference between reality and fantasy.when for just that one moment you feel with your entire soul that the dream is reality and it was real

Definently not Shakespeare. Shakespeare tended to write in iambic pentameter (usually blank verse) or sonnets. Poe, I don't think so. Frost, definently not.

Hmmm... who could it be?

I love Iambic pentameter.

And I can think of who it could be.
